1. Chemical industry

Sulfuric acid production line: In a dilute sulfuric acid environment with a concentration of ≤70% (such as alkylation reactors, pickling tanks), it can easily withstand corrosion and has a lifespan 3-5 times longer than stainless steel.

Phosphoric acid evaporator: In a high temperature (≤100℃) phosphoric acid environment, it avoids pitting and cracking problems of traditional materials.

Mixed acid delivery pipe: For example, the pipeline system of nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid mixture has outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion.

2. Pharmaceutical factory

High-purity reaction tank: No metal ion precipitation, ensuring that the medicine is not contaminated and meets FDA hygiene standards.

CIP (cleaning in place) pipeline: Withstands repeated flushing of strong acid and strong alkali cleaning agents to avoid impurity residues caused by corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline.

3. Marine engineering

Seawater cooling system: Resistant to chloride ion corrosion in seawater, with a lifespan of more than 8 times that of 316L stainless steel.

Desalination equipment pipeline: In a high-temperature and high-salt desalination device, it avoids stress corrosion cracking and leakage.

4. Environmental protection industry

Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) spray pipe: In a sulfur-containing wet flue gas environment, it can resist sulfuric acid dew point corrosion and reduce the frequency of downtime maintenance.

Hazardous waste treatment equipment: When treating waste liquid containing hydrochloric acid and organic acid, there is no risk of pipeline leakage.

5. Energy field

Geothermal fluid transportation: It can withstand corrosion and high temperature (up to 150°C) of sulfur-containing geothermal water.

Refinery acid gas treatment: In an oil and gas environment containing H₂S and CO₂, it can resist sulfide stress corrosion.
