    1. Product Overview


    YUHONG TP347H stainless steel high-frequency welded finned tube adopts niobium stabilized austenitic stainless steel (TP347H/06Cr18Ni11Nb) as the base tube, and forms metallurgical bonding between the fins and the base tube through advanced high-frequency resistance welding technology. The product combines excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, designed specifically for efficient heat exchange requirements under extreme working conditions. It is an ideal heat transfer component in the fields of boilers, chemicals, and power plant.

    • Excellent material performance

    High temperature stability: The highest oxidation resistance temperature can reach 850 ℃, and the working temperature of pressure bearing components can reach 650 ℃. It has excellent creep resistance during long-term service.

    Strong corrosion resistance: It exhibits excellent performance in acid, alkali, salt media and seawater, and its resistance to intergranular corrosion has been tested according to international standards (such as the 65% HNO3 method).
